A session moves slowly on purpose. We begin with worship and live saxophone, long enough to let the noise settle. Then one passage of Scripture, opened carefully. Then space to pray, unhurried, with someone alongside you if you want it. You leave with one practice for the week — small enough that you'll actually do it.
